The Indian judiciary is corrupt and inefficient, the judges work for their personal gains.
They give dates only and no judgements. There is no relief to falsely accused. Once a false FIR is filed then you are at the mercy of the court.
In (civilized) world the public prosecutor or attorney general looks at the evidence on hand to evaluate whether the case needs to be pursued or not, does he have enough evidence to begin with that he has a chance to get the accused incarcerated. If not then it is not worth the tax payer’s money. Most of the fake cases drop off that way.
VACATIONS
The judges in India go for vacations in summer and winter like school children. Their excuse is they want to learn about new developments, I am not personally aware that the laws in India change so frequently that they need summer holidays to keep abreast of so many changes. There have been multiple PIL (Public Interest Litigations) filed against this colonial practice but the judges always decide in their own favor. (Surprise)
[At the time of the 2013 change, the then-Chief Justice told us, the Supreme Court works for 193 days, high courts for 210 days and lower courts for 245 days a year. A couple of years ago, the Jharkhand High Court also agreed to work through the summer vacation. Three weeks of paid annual leave is an entitlement. But does it have to be collective? Does India shut down for 21 days a year, defence, police and so on?]
Imagine if the hospitals go on a summer AND winter vacation and PLUS 2 more weeks between them.

Normally common man gets 3-4 weeks of vacation and holidays, which is 7% of total time. These guys are taking 3.5 to 4 times holidays.

Bullshit, the judgments are written and uploaded during the same week a case is decided. Generally One judge reaches final judgements on one or two cases per month, for other cases it is just hearing and hearing and next date and next date. They get 4 hrs every day to write orders and judgements.
[The Petitioner suggested that, either the judges should avail the vacation on rotation basis like the police officers or the High Court should curtail the number of vacation days to 10 or 15 instead of 30 days. Rejecting this proposal the Court said,
“Unfortunately other organisations cannot be compared with court system. It is neither practically feasible nor advisable to work in rotation. It might become absolutely chaotic.”]
Total bullshit, the argument has not been substantiated with any real example or scenario. It is an opinion which is a “lame excuse” of avoiding to move out of comfort zone. The cases keep getting rotated between judges periodically, judges get transferred/promoted/retire so this is totally bad explanation.
Unable to follow Law
The simple definition of LOAN is – the money given against an object which will be confiscated it the loan is not repaid.
The Banks gave LOAN to Vijay Mallaya, His company turned turtle and he was not able to repay the loan. The banks were not able to get their money back so they accused him of cheating.
MR BANK you are in a financial market for 100s of years, you have 100s of smart people, Nobody can fool you. IF you decided to look the other way and relax the conditions of the loan to Mallaya then it’s your problem, Your own people cheated you, or you cheated yourself for greed.
Look in your own team, not at Mallaya, He was doing business, He spent countless hours trying to make it work, If it did not then ok it was bad business, lesson learnt. Your own people cheated you, not him. If the loan was granted as an equity then fine, get lost.

CORRUPTION
The judges work hand in hand, the bribe which comes gets shared among all of them, nobody is a good guy there, They get these posts by paying a bribe, so they take bribes to make up for the bribes they paid, and they paid the bribe because they know they can make more money.
Example:
A lower court judge passes some order against somebody, the person goes to High court for a resolution, the High court judge takes the case but goes out on vacation on the intended date so the petitioner is left hanging at the mercy of the lower court judge. This judge then sends the person to jail, and then the police works with Lawyers to get the money out of the accused, this money is shared between the police, lawyer, lower court judge and high court judge.
ALL of them are corrupt.
A judge “Karnan” from High court used his Super powers to convict and sent a direction to arrest all Supreme Court judges and put them in Jail.
Now the “Victim of the above order” SC judges, became “Lawyers” and filed a hearing in their own courts on the same day using their super super powers which are not available for common man. Then they changed seats and became judges for themselves (accused or lawyers) and pronounced and judgement (Drum roll please) in their favor

The correct procedure for COMMON man is as follows: If you are a victim of something, then you go to District Court first, if they don’t pass a favorable order, then go to High court, and then go to Supreme Court. In this case the victims (SC judges) directly took this case to their own courts using their super super powers.
The correct procedure to convict a person like Karnan, in name of justice, is
1. prepare a charge sheet
2. then bring him to court (Give Bail if needed)
3. Formally read the charges to him (framing of charges)
4. Questioning back and forth
5. Pronounce judgement

If you say anything in her court, she will take direct offence and will try to put you in jail, for more bribe. She should put a cash register and put start paying GST on all the money she collects. Another judge who deserves to be kicked right out. She sits and complains about her household problems and hopes that the accused will send a repairman to her house. Even the lawyers say she is a real gem in the whole building. The accused are treated as guilty and she constantly puts them down and tells them to shut up since she has not got her share yet.

This lady is lard of her court. She does not needs any help in dishonoring her court, she does it every 2 mins without any help. She laughs hysterically and tries to shame men in court as per her reason “this is mahila court”. Imagine the roles were reversed and a male judge do this behavior to a female. After hours she rides her broom. Uneducated brat who got this position by bribing. Her staff clearly says if you want any judgement from her, you have to bribe her. She just took this low paying job because she is unqualified and now tries to supplement her income with bribes. Keeps yelling that she has best knowledge of law, but constantly giving incorrect orders on her gut feeling. Somebody please send her back to school. Don’t even get me started on this guy, he is simply inept, who made him a judge, he should be a Kabadi wala. He does not read the applications, he just weighs it like “OK 5 Rs KG and you have 10 KGs of paper”. 1.Criminal appeals filed in the High Court in 1985 are now coming up for hearing, that is, after 30 years. Similar is the position of civil appeals. Is this a High Court or a joke ?
2.The list of most benches is hardly touched, and only fresh matter taken up. This means that if on the first hearing of a case it is adjourned for some reason ( e.g. a counter affidavit is called for by the Court ) the case will thereafter never come up for hearing unless a heavy bribe, often of thousands of rupees, s paid in the registry to the concerned official. And even then, the case is very unlikely to be heard as in most benches the list of the court is rarely touched….
3.There is a senior judge who presides over a bench hearing writ petitions. He reportedly disposes off 150 cases or more a day, but without opening the file, and by simply saying, with half closed eyes ” Suit, suit ” ( i.e. go and file a suit, which in crude language means go to hell, because sending someone to a suit is like sending him to hell, as it will now make him run from pillar to post for 20-30 years or more before the suit and its appeals are finally disposed off )
4.There is a Judge who comes to Court at 11.30 or 12 ( the Allahabad High Court sits at 10 a.m. ), dismisses all listing applications ( i.e. applications praying that some pending case be listed ), and rises whenever he likes

When 100% cases drag on for years and get played on bribe after bribe, this person directly takes his case to SC, avoids whole process and gets a full aquital. Even if there is a false accusation, the court always tells the normal person he has to go through normal process. Here in 1 hearing they completed investigation, chargesheet, judicial enquiry, mediation, charge framing, procecution evidence, plaintiff evidence. Wow. And aquital. SURPRISE.

The courts smell like Urine (Sho Sho), somebody give these guys some diapers. They are so dirty that you have to be careful while walking inside, and please wipe your feet before coming outside, we don’t want the outside to be as dirty as inside.
Most of the judges keep farting all day long, The High court smells like Potty Tati, Go easy on the beans you guys, eat some protein.
The colors are washed off, the walls of newly made courts are crumbling already. Corners on walls are broken, cement peeling, furniture broken, dirty smelly upholstery. If they cannot help themselves (keep a building well maintained for themselves) then how are they going to help us.

Don’t waste your time or energy with these guys, they have enough laws/powers to screw you up. Please don’t commit suicide. Most of the suicides occur because of the harassments by courts and not because of the actual charges.
Pay money (If you have it) and get a decision in lower court itself. Did you ever see a rich guy going to jail.
While getting a lawyer, ask him if he can get a connection with the judge, if not then forget it.
The case cannot be won just based on arguments, nobody listens to words, they can be convinced if they want to or not, They can say they believe in the evidence, or they can say they don’t believe in the evidence, it is not in your hands.
